Greenvale has appointed Jessica Cranthorne as environmental coordinator. Cranthorne was previously a member of the board for the Broads Authority Sustainable Development Fund and an environmental consultant for a community wind turbine project.

The Canadian government has appointed Marketa Evans as the first corporate social responsibility counsellor for the extractive sector. Evans will help Canadian mining and oil and gas companies with their social and environmental responsibilities when operating abroad.

Finnish Business & Society has appointed Mikko Routti as its new director. Previously, Routti led risk management services at Deloitte & Touche Finland and Nokia, where he also served as a member of the company’s corporate responsibility steering group.
